Reproducable server timeout when spamming totems really fast

poe2 version: 0.4.0c

I just started playing Trypan's Tawhoa's Tending Totem Titan Build - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3848066/page/1.

That build spams totems really fast to make them die and kill enemies with explosion. Since I respeced into this build yesterday, it crashed the game (triggered a disconnect to be precise) on 10 map instances in a row. It renders the game unplayable for me on this build, as I don't know what precisely makes the game crash, and is 100% reproducable with the following steps:

- start the game on my char: ThirdNotDruid
- open any map
- run the map for about 20-30s
- the game freezes, I see that my gpu and cpu are working properly, but my network connection times out
- i am kicked out to the login screen

I'd like to add that I never had any issues on any other character than this in poe2.

The problem still exists as of latest patch and is 100% reproducable.
Just to clarify - when this occues and you log back in, is the Map still accessible?

If not, this issue triggers server-side instance crashes and is gravely serious. Otherwise - it reliably triggering disconnections isn't great, but the distinction makes a very big difference.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

The map is inaccessible when login back in. All teleports to the map disappear.
