Armour apllies to Elemental Damage while Shapeshift not working?

While playing I did see a strange behavior. Sometimes the Nodes while shapeshifted dont apply correctly. With all nodes correctly I got around 10k armour and around 5k armour to ele.

Im not sure if it is dying or something else, but after a time my screen shows only 9k armour and 1k ele to armour.

While nodes like "Increased armour after getting hit" still apply in the Stat screen, shapeshifting back doesnt do anything.

First I thought that respeciing Point helps, but it doesnt seem that way.

I tried to change maps and somehow it helps, but Im not sure for how long.

After a time it still happens. (Maybe afte a death etc.)

I had only one weapon in set 1 before without a weapon in set 2, maybe thats the problem. But even then it is buggy.
