Into the breach and selfless remnants

Puting "selfless remnants" on "Into the breach" does not make the remnants affect allies. There is nothing that states why it should not work, but it does not, the remnants still affect you instead of allies. Purple flames add chaos damage to your skills, but it should add it to allies instead.

I even tested, if its just a visual bug, and it may still affects allies anyway by supporting a minion, that does not inherently deals chaos damage, with "withering touch", yet he is still unable to applie wither. When i socked "withering touch" into a non chaos damaging skill i use, it still lets me apply wither to enemys with purple flames active.
