missing socketed skill - cast on minion death

after changing eq cast on minion death stopped working (no working with anything, always missing socketed skill), i have enough attributes to use it, only new cast on minion death from uncut gem is working, then new cast on minion death is ok, but previous cast on minion death still bugged
