Lag spikes

Huge lag spikes every time the game has to load something new on to the map like new monsters summoned. Anything that was not already present on the map cause huge lag spikes when it start to load.

These are called shaders, you see it if your turn on your performance graph. They aware of this, I recommend joining a map and wait few seconds before moving.

Nah that dont help. I usualy when open a map I go and make a tea or coffee for my self if that time is not enough to load the shaders properly than something else the problem.
