Derelict Mansion Map Boss Won't Initiate Combat

Completed the Derelict Mansion Boss map, the one where you have to go from map to map. I finished the map and all of the side missions (ritual, elites, etc) and going into the boss room doesn't start the boss map. The count and the spinning lady are just stuck in their initial animations. I tried portaling out, clicking the checkpoints and so on. Bug Report ID: #3430523853
