Breach monster one shots

The breach monster with the tentacles that fires projectiles damage is absurd.
Happened last league and again this league, can just one shot you with its projectiles, even off screen. This happens regardless of my character and defences.
none of the other breach enemies do anywhere near this damage. It has to be a bug as I can survive Xesh easier. Sick of randomly being insta killed.
the same enemy was added to the new poe breach and its nowhere near this bad.
