Atziri's Splendour bug

I have Atziri's Splendour (981 armour) with the mod that the item also gains bonuses from socketed soul core as it was boots. I have put Zalatl's Soul Core of Insulation which should give "40% of armour also applies to lightning damage", however my spark dps in tooltip didn't increase.

Most likely your armour now also reduces the lightning damage you take a bit.

edit: It is armour applies to lightning damage and not %armor added as lightning damage, since armour usualy reduces physical damage taken now 40% of it also applies to lightning damage.
