Minor issue with Apex of Filth mushrooms

There is a minor, immersion breaking issue with the Apex of Filth mushroom quest items. The Sorceress is exploiting her precognitive abilities as, upon finding my very first mushroom in the area (a Green Mushroom), she remarked, "That's three mushrooms..."

I don't remember if other classes also play an out of order voice line here. If it matters, this was on Xbox Series X.
