Siege cascade or something possibly bugged?

Upon socketing a "Magnified Area II" (Supported Skills have 45% increased Area of Effect) support gem into the "Siege Cascade" skill the tooltip shows a change in bolt explosion radius from 1m to 1.1m ... I had some other attack area bonuses from the passive tree around Mercenary but still. Anyone knows how does it make any sense? From my understanding the base value is 0.8m. 45% of 0.8m is about 0.36m. And so I expected to see something like 1.3m in the result.

Ahhh, ok I see. Thanks for clarification. A 45% increase in the factual area from the base value would require a radius increase of 0.1633m.
