Temple unique boss stucked invulnerable underground

Some bosses in the temple gets invulnerable and stucked while using an ability that makes them go underground and is impossible to damage them, blocking you in the room and unable to advance to next rooms. I've also seen this bug in other kind of items such as the ghost reapers that become a flock of crows. I dont know if is the same bug.
