maps always reset when dying in boss fight

ive had this issue for a couple months, whenever i die in a boss fight, it resets the entire map, and all the map content disappears, the only thing left is the boss, which if you kill still gives completion but if i have revives left the map no longer has content

This is normal behavior if you die to a map boss.

if im doing a t15 with 1 revive, why would all of the map content disappear?

Because that is currently the way the devs want the game as of 0.2.0.
