Periodical crash and dashboard. Xbox 1s. Druid plant skills.

Game will periodically freeze and exit to dashboard. Xbox 1s. Maybe every 30mins or so during campaign. Druid oracle using plant skills if relevant (only noted as I have a storm weaver through campaign into maps with no problems). Not sure if when screen gets cluttered and busy or just happening randomly. Happened several times through act 1 to act 4 where I’m currently in.
