Traveling Gem Merchant - Sells Support Gems (Rare Dungeon Encounters)

While playing through campaign, support gems feel scarce and often limits build experimentation. I would like to propose a fun idea of a “Traveling Gem Merchant” NPC that can randomly spawn inside dungeons. As dungeons are dangerous, you'll likely find these merchants hiding in a corner or harvesting a gem from a dead monster/exile. This rewards exploration for checking every corner.

This rare merchant has a rotating stock of 3–5 random support gems for sale along with 1–2 uncut support gems scaled to the zone's level.
