Ring of the Victor MTX prevents manual weapon swapping

When the podium from Ring of the Victor rises up, you're no longer able to swap weapons manually. This includes both clicking the weapon set from Equipment UI as well as the keybind. Weapon swapping works if you're off the podium (moving or before podium rises) or when triggering something that disables the podium, for instance skills bound to other weapon. Only tested mouse & keyboard.
