No Citadel / No Beam (0.4) Endgame World Map

Even though I’ve unlocked a large portion of the Endgame World map, I still haven’t encountered a Citadel or a Beam.

There is a bug currently in 0.4 that causes the citadel beams to disappear from the fog of war. They seem to sometime show up and then disappear once a citadel is completed on my end.
For example here I had several around in the fog of war but after completing the map they are all gone.
It is very frustrating.

Bumped just in case for 0.5 since it still occurs in version 0.4. Got it again yesterday.

Trigger seem to be random when completing a map (and/or citadel?) near fog of war. The beams nearby completely disappear from the fog. It's as if the citadels that were in the fog de-spawned.

I can start a new thread since it's not exactly related to OP.
