PoE2 not loading - rtx 4050 laptop

Hello,

I bought POE2 from steam. The game was originally running fine, with some stutters during gameplay. Yesterday, suddenly, the game started stuttering so bad I could not even play. Like every second. Then, I upgraded the NVIDIA driver to the latest version, then the game stopped loading (Stuck at the loading screen).
I downgraded the NVIDIA driver to the previous version, but the game still refuses to load.

I would appreciate your support in fixing this.
