Map failed to open portals

When I tried to open a map to a citadel it failed to open the portals to it, looking at the atlas the map was marked yellow. It was a 1 revive waystone, the map was a stone citadel and someone was entering the hideout to insta-trade in the same moment I tried to open it.
I tried to teleport out and teleport in without resetting the instance thinking maybe will fix the issue, but it didn’t work and looking at the atlas the map became red and marked as failed.
