Snakepit Pearl Ring Dont work

Im tryng to use the Snakepit Pearl Ring with frost bolt and just dont work
Random explosions randon forks and randon chains
the ring makes frost bolt chain and fork in the same ring slot somethimes too

Tried to relog, get another ring, put chain/fork suport gem to see if get better, use fireball(still bugs) and nothing helps

Im on the new asc from sorc - Disciple of Varashta if it helps with something
