Character Stuck Due to Bug

My character became stuck due to a bug while I was running a high-value map. I recorded a clear video showing the issue and I’m attaching it to this report.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered and reported a similar problem. I previously sent a bug video and never received any response. That’s extremely frustrating — especially when the bug directly causes losses.

Right now, it feels like I’m paying the price for insufficient testing: lost time, lost map value, and wasted effort because of something completely outside my control.

Because this incident resulted in a real loss, I’m requesting compensation in the form of store points credited to my account.

Just to set expectations - GGG never do this in Path of Exile, so there is zero chance of it happening in relation to their Early Access game.
GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

If they don't hire a test team to test their games, they should reward those who find bugs. If no one does this job, the game will remain in early access forever.
