POE2 Herald of Blood (BUG)

I BROKE Herald of Blood got A random BUG where I cant Use the Herald of Blood Skill with My Crossbow or any weapon at all Tried to do everything Unequip the gem, unequip the supported gem, change weapon, Reset skill, char Select, Exit. the Problem still persist I don't know what to do, before The BUG happen I was trying to Tame a Beast but I could not and Suddenly I cannot use it anymore It was working before but now is Unusable. Click the arrow to the right of DMG on the Herald and make sure that you have it set to use both weapon set 1 and 2.
