Talisman does not count as a weapon for Tame Beast skill

While only having a talisman equip in the weapon slot the Tame Beast skill is unable to be use or acquired. Some testing was done and other weapons do not appear to have this issue. In cases where a second weapon was equipped as either the secondary or primary that were not a talisman the skill can be activated. The creature companion skill made from Tame Beast does not appear to suffer from this bug and is able to be activated with only a talisman equipped.

At the time of testing not all other weapons were equipped and checked bug may effect other weapons as well.

Additional testing has shown that this only occurs when both primary and secondary weapons slot contain talismans either in the case of both being filled with different talismans or if the lock function is used causing both slots to be fill by the same talisman
