Invisible mobs and abilities

Ever since the last patch I have had a lot of issues with loading screens and invisible mobs in my maps, along with not being able to see like those abyss mobs green death Lazer thing. Every time I even open my map atlas I have a 1 to 2 min loading screen, then 2-3 min after loading into the map.

I know my computer isn't tippy top of the line but not sure if its that or something else I have a i7-14650HX and a Geforce RTX 5070 with 100 gig internet and still having issues.
