Cog Wheel spinny loady

what is going on with this? i think its an nvidia drivers problem, or something, from what i've heard/read.

but how in the world does this seemingly ALWAYS happen every single time i start fighting a god damn boss? it doesn't happen nearly any other time. its so infuriating especially when the game doesn't actually pause and you just die from it - losing progression and a map etc

please this is the single biggest issue that plagues the game, for me at least. i couldn't give a crap about an extra 20 fps, i just want to play the f'in game.
