Lightning Bolt Special effects cannot be displayed.

There is a new skill effect in the shop named "Lightning Bolt." I purchased the holy version, but I found that it does not work properly. It only activates when I manually cast the skill while wielding a two-handed staff. However, I did not buy this skill effect specifically for using a staff. Currently, when I wear the Choir of the Storm necklace, the Lightning Bolt triggered by it does not display this effect. This is frustrating because I really like this skill and bought the effect as soon as it was released. I hope it can be fixed so that the effect works normally, just like when Lightning Bolt is cast manually. Thank you.
