[Build] Void Reflect Monk (Void illusion)

Hello, and welcome!

This is just a very basic guide to get you started.

Quick Summery:
We use Void illusion as a major source of damage. To do this, we scale it using a high damage weapon, + to flat damage, increased attack damage, and more multipliers.

To augment the skill, and deal more damage, we also use Trail of Caltrops.

Our defence comes from 100% hit avoidance while rolling.

Gear explanation:

The vertex (helmet) - lets us use giant's blood to wield a two hander and a shield without the steep attribute cost. It also can have +2-4 to all skills, which greatly boosts Void Illusion's damage.

Marohi Erqi - mirror tier damage for a cheaper price. Get the highest rolled one you can.

Crest of Ardura - high source of cooldown recovery rate.

Ab Aeterno - since we are constantly rolling, avoiding all damage is nice.

Queen of the Forest - this negates the downside of Ab Aeterno.

Amulet - look for life, high spirit and resists.

Rings - flat damage, life, accuracy, resists, and some attributes for gems as needed.

Belt - resists and life

gloves - resists, life, flat damage

Jewels:
Megalomaniac with Building Toxins. We stack poisons
Heart of the well - extra damage as chaos and another element.
Rare jewels with attack damage and poison chance /duration

To benefit from Exploit Weakness, we use trail of caltrops to break armor using poison. We also stack Poisons (3-5) so that Void illusion can also use Arakali's Lust.

Rageforged cost is pretty much negated by using eternal rage.

Void Illusion - Rageforged II - Arakali's lust - Rigwald's ferocity - Exploit weakness

Into the breach - Khatal's rejuvination - Remnants potency I - Harmonic remnants II

Eternal Rage (maintains constant rage uptime for massive damage boost)

Herald of Ash


Trail of Caltrops - Corrosion - escalating poison - multishot - armor demolisher - poison III




Damage explanation:

ROUGH damage calculation:
Level 22 void illusion is 1442% base damage.
A high rolled Marohi will average 1000 hit damage.

377% increased damage from tree

so that makes the base 14420 damage. 377% increased is a 4.77 multiplier.
4.77 x 14420 = 68,783
we get 20% extra damage from jewel. and another 100% from waking dream.
thats a 2.2 multipleir
68783 x 2.2 = 151k

now we have the more multipliers from gems
Rageforged 1.35
Arakali's lust 1.32 (we can get 1.4 with 1 more poison)
Rigwald's ferocity 1.3
Exploit weakness 1.4

Total = 3.24

But wait, theres more! we also use rage (48 from tree, possible 4 from helmet socket)
each rage grants 1% more attack damage.
3.24 x 1.48 = 4.79

151k x 4.79 = 725k damage per explosion (yes, only one explosion will get the exploit weakness one until its broken again)

Poison Caltrops is used to break armor quickly and lets use use Arakali's gem in the Void illusion skill. The caltrops also does pretty decent damage.


Quick Note:
I created this build on standard. But it is actually a lot better in the league. I am using a level 19 (+1 from amulet making it 20) Void illusion.

You can get level 24 in league using an expensive Vertex Helmet
