Frost bomb only works in skill set 1, blanks out in skill set 2

Frost bomb has been working fine all day in set 2, then after a T14 map has just completely vanished off my skill bar.

No attribute requirements, removed and re-equipped, moved support gems around, relogged the game, etc, nothing's working.

did you ever figure out why this is happening? its doing it to me know
