Unable to pickup items even after re loading the game.

This problem started unexpectedly midgame while I was doing the Cemetery Quest in Act 1 with my new Druid character.
An uncut support gem dropped, and I was unable to pick it up. I thought maybe it will get fixed if I reload. But the problem continued even after re-loading. It even continued on my other build. Both of my characters are currently standing in front of some gems or other high value items and unable to even pick them up. Everything except Gold cannot be picked up. The problem carries on to new builds too. I have recorded the gameplay video including the bug, but I am not sure how to post the video. " Please help me solve the problem. How am I supposed to play this game if I can't pick up anything? I literally keep clicking on the items and all it does is keep attacking. It becomes worse if I try to start a new campaign, because guess what, I cannot pick up the weapon from tutorial. |
