Bug with the Atlas Passive skills

I recently did my last map that would give me 2 Atlas Skill points, and I end up dying right after killing the boss. The passive skill book dropped but i couldn't get it. Anyways, I tough I had to farm this map again.. And I did. But the next time I kill the boss I didn't get the book with the passive skills. How can we fix this? The map in question is Unique : The Jade Isles.

Are you referring to Atlas Tree or Boss Tree (Jade Isles - anomaly map)? Have you checked Doryani?
