Any thing I have to consider when giving away items?

I am kinda done with the current PoE2 league, so I thought about giving away my stuff to people I got on steam/discord still playing - is there anything I have to be aware about due to the ToS etc?

Unconditional giveaways are fine.
You'll run into trouble if it's e.g. "subscribe to me on Twitch to enter" - even if the condition doesn't have financial implications (e.g. YouTube subscriptions), it's still a no-go. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
