Simulacrum as a Disciple of Varashta

When you die and ressurect all the skills of your ascendancy minions are on cooldown, this makes it impossible to fight back in yhe simulacrum, because you ressurect on that tiny arena surrounded by enemies camping on you, and since the djinns skills all have something like 3 sec cooldowns, you are completely powerless trapped in a small arena with a monster density [Removed by Support]. This is not the case for any other skill in the game, only the Djinn's command skills...please fix this

This cooldown problem also happens everytime i lvl up, i lose all the skill's charges and they get on cooldown
