Atziri 2nd Phase unkillable

The boss is stuck on 5% life and immune to all damage during the 2nd phase. ALT F4 does not fix the issue, but spawns the Phase 1 version of the boss as well. Loading another character does not resolve the issue either. Respawning at the checkpoint closes off the boss fight.
