Infernal legion spectres + wolves

I was playing infernal legion + minion instability spectres with wolves. For some reason out of a sudden. My build stopped burning enemies around. So I rechecked everything and realised that if I disable wolfpack my spectres start to burn again. Tried new wolfpack gem but it did not help. Explosions work very well.

edit: new spectre did not help LoL and new wolf gem either
