All gems should be easy accesible.

In both games PoE1 transfigured and PoE2 lineage should be vendor npc sold for small amount of gold.

This is very bad situation when your build will not work because you miss important stuff.

NPC should also offer uncuted standard and spirit gems for every lvl.
