Does Garukhan's Resolve works with Amush?

But if I can pile up my crit hit chance up to 50% without using Pinpoint, can I put Garukhan's Resolve with Ambush to make crit hit to full life enemy all time?

Garukhan's Resolve said maximum crit hit chance is 50%, can Ambush make 100% chance? or it does not work with Garukhan's Resolve and 50% is the final result?
