Hello dear friends. I'll get straight to the point. I bought a skill gem effect for Lightning Bolt, but when I use Choir of the Storm, the effect doesn't appear. It only appears when I use it on Staff Voltaic. Is this a bug or a game mechanic? Thank you very much.

If I remember correctly mtx doesn't apply to skill gems on items/uniques.
