Blasphemy dont work.

Blasphemy only use one curse all 4 curse dont work only take spirit.

Yes only work the last curse in blasphemy. I try this in all hero. And was the same efect. I want play 5 curse in blasphemy but this dont work.

Players can only apply 1 curse by default. If you want to do more you need ways of increasing this amount.
