Do Level 19 Skill Gems drop in 0.4?

I got one level 20 (lucky) but not a single Level 19 gem, even in Level 81 zones. I am beginning to wonder if this is a bug. Can anyone confirm of level 19 gems are dropping? Last season they were the standard drop in Level 80 zones.

Yes, they are dropping. Got two in lvl 80 zones.

Thanks. There must have been a stealth nerf then. In 0.3 I was seeing one in every other map.

Yeah, lvl19 and lvl20 skill gems as well as greater and perfect jewellers orb drop rates were nerfed significantly. I haven't seen lvl20 or perfect jewellers at all this season. Crazy that they can't find a middle ground between them raining from the sky and basically non-existent for most players.

I got them on 81 lvl areas mostly

If you are focussing on dropping gems take "local knowledge" in your Atlas and the exact type of maps. I know it has to be respecc each time you wanna go this style unless you don't wanna use trade.
