Ancestral Cry warcry not gaining glory through igniting enemies in Abyssal Depths

Not sure if this is exclusive to only Abyssal Depths or if it is also present in the other version (Lightless something or other), but while in an Abyssal Depths I'm unable to gain any glory/progress for Ancestral Cry through Ferocious Roar while in Bear form by igniting enemies. I'm on Warrior, Smith of Kitava. I know for a fact the enemies are being ignited, the glory stacks just aren't applying.

The stacks DO apply to Walking Calamity; I am able to use that spell, so it isn't an issue with just generating glory to begin with.

cannot gain glory for ancestral cry in the depth
invalidated my build that central around ancestral cry lol

+1 same issue, but in the "dark depths" version of the abyss.
