Primal Rage Bonus is lost when using Maul in Bear Form

edit: Nevermind, it was due to a weapon swap

Check your weapon set passives. I just tried this in map and hideout, and I could not duplicate. You could have Maul set to an incorrect weapon set, even if you have your talisman locked to both weapon sets.

Ah shit, that was it. I had just gotten the passive and had +12 maximum rage on weapon swap.
