PC: Game process hangs and then ctd, Can't alt-f4

Keep getting this problem where the game freezes at boss fights and I can't alt f4, kind of annoying in hc lobbies since the server doesn't pause. Anyone else having this issue?

Problem:
Game process hangs for 10 seconds and then crashes, latest nvidea drivers (even older drivers). Intel i9 13900k
