Cannot end delirium encounter

Twice now in a map with delirium I've fully cleared the zone, no monster remain, and when I click the ">>>" button the fog remains and no rewards.

Worried that it had something to do with tablets that extend the fog timer when I kill rares, I spent some time just waiting, but ran out of patience.

I also found that my keybind to end delirium wasn't set, so I tried binding that to a key and using that to no avail.
