Mansion bug

Half the time I can't even access the mansion after clearing the 3 wisps, and am the maps around it. But thankfully I got 2 that I could access. Printer with that is, I'm trying to get a certain lineage gem I can't afford, and the bosses literally dropped nothing. Not a single thing. I'm tired of having my time wasted by this game.
