Weapon Swap and Socketed runes

Hi,

I discovered a weird interaction where I can’t use my secondary weapon set when both of my weapons have same runes that are Limited to 1.
This inability to use the second weapon set is strange, because if I have only one weapon and lock it into the second set, it works just fine.
I believe this is a bug, as it doesn’t make sense to prevent me from using a different weapon that has the same rune since i don't use these runes at the same time.
