Bug in the “Blood Sacrifice” Quest in Act 3

I emailed support and got a reply saying “We're getting tons of inquiry emails, so please post it to the bug report board,” so I'm posting it here.

In ACT3's Aggorat, there's a quest called “Blood Sacrifice,” but I'm stuck in a progression bug and can't advance.

After picking up the Sacrificial Heart and Sacrificial Dagger, I saw a gate nearby leading to the [Black Chamber]. I went through the gate, activated the Waypoint, and returned. I managed to place the heart on the sacrificial altar, but the [Sacrificial Dagger] was gone. I reset the instance several times in Aggorat and tried fighting again, but the Sacrificial Dagger never drops at all.

It seems the Sacrificial Dagger is flagged as picked up, yet it's not in my inventory.
This has created a dead-lock where I can't progress further with the heart placed on the altar.

I'd appreciate it if you could reset the “Sacrificial Dagger” for the “Blood Sacrifice” quest to an unpicked state (or reset the entire Blood Sacrifice quest).

I can't get two passive points now and it's frustrating!!

Honestly, PoE really needs a quest reset function...

ACT3のアゴラット(Aggorat)で「血の生贄」クエストがありますが、進行バグに陥っていて進みません。

生贄の心臓、生贄の短剣を拾った状態で、近くに【黒の間】へ続くゲートがあったのでいったんゲートを通り、WayPointを有効化して戻って、生贄の祭壇に心臓を置けたのですが【生贄の短剣】は失っていて、アゴラットで数回インスタンスをリセットして戦ってみたのですが、生贄の短剣が全くDropしません。

どうやら生贄の短剣は拾った状態としてフラグが立っている模様なのにインベントリには無い状態ということではないかと。
このため生贄の祭壇に心臓を置いたまま進行不可能な Dead Lock な状態になっています。

お手数ですが、この「血の生贄」クエストの「生贄の短剣」を拾ってない状態に戻していただければと思います（あるいは 血の生贄 クエスト自体をリセットしてください）。

パッシブポイントが２つ取れなくなってしまって困ってます！！

そもそもPoEにクエストのリセット機能が欲しいのだが。。
