Barkskin spirit gem

Have enough spirit . Shows its active buff top left. Doesnt add any stacks. Unequip gem and reequip will then add a single stack for a hit then stop adding again.

have over 2k armour on items . cant get buff at all and stops activating
Built my entire build around this defensively plz help :( |
