Replacing Talisman Rune Bug

I have a constant issue with Talismans. Randomly, either first or second rune slots won't let me replace the runes. Doesn't seem to matter what rune it is. After a while I can change it, but the other one stops working. It shows the replacement animation, but in reality it does nothing and the run I want to add just remains in my "hand".

LE: Nvm, I just noticed that there is now a limit of 1 for the purple runes. Why, GGG?

I thought I was crazy when I tried it and got the same result without a clue why, I thought it was somehow the third slot (from corruption) that was bugged. I didn't even think about a limit on the purple runes.

for the real issue: this is unfortunately a very stupid change in my opinion
