Bugged Vaal Ruins Room

Recently encountered a bug\glitch in the Vaal Ruins where another boss from another room enters my current room. The boss then buries itself under, but never comes out. The room is sealed and it won't let me finish the room at all.
I've tried exiting the ruins, exiting the game, but the boss is still buried underground. .

Anyone come across this before?
