Problems with Arcane Isle hideout

I have the following issue: I can’t properly build my Arcane Isle. The Ange doesn’t move, it can’t be removed, and I also can’t place it in a new location. The same problem happens with the Map Device teleport and a few other objects — they don’t move properly to the upper level of the tower on PS5.

I’m extremely frustrated. I bought a $90 supporter pack and I’m having a terrible experience.
GGG, please either fix this issue or refund the supporter pack, because I absolutely don’t need it with bugs like this.

Honestly, I was in love with the game. I waited for every patch like it was my birthday. I’ve played 600 hours since release.

But this league completely killed my desire to play. And after buying a supporter pack with a bugged hideout, I’ve lost any motivation to play at all.

I just want to warn everyone on PS5 who is planning to make expensive purchases — think twice.

Hey, I have the same issue and GGG Support was no help at all. But I think I found a work around that may help.

When you're build select the item that you are unable to move to the second floor (make sure you're on the second floor). As you have the item selected, hit start and go to character select screen or force quit your game. Once you load back in the item should now be on the second floor. Hope this helps you as I've spent hours trying to make it work.
