Staggering palm projectiles & shapeshifting

i have quarterstaff in weapon set 1 with whirling assault and staggering palm and it seems that when i use pounce in my weapon set 2 then come back to weapon set 12 even tho i have the staggering palm buff active the projectiles are no longer shooting.

I'm also having this issue, I was hoping to do a whole fan the flames setup with the wyvern and the wind skills, but the projectiles are lost whenever you shapeshift and dont come back until you lose the buff.

Staggering Palm projectile buff "deactivates" if you Shapeshift while having buff, and won't re-activate after you swap back.

Buff will still be on top of the screen and will update their timer on next stuns, but still won't shoot projectiles.
